Self-trust coaching, wherever you live

You don't need to understand yourself perfectly. You need to understand yourself well enough to trust yourself. Intentional Living coaching teaches the Self-Trust Path to people who are ready to grow.

Your coach

Clinical depth, taught plainly

Brandi Hess, MA, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, coach, and founder of Intentional Living. Her work centers on self-trust: helping people understand what has shaped them, notice the patterns they learned in order to cope, connect, and belong, and choose which of those patterns still serve them.

Drawing on years of clinical training in attachment, nervous-system regulation, and relationships, Brandi teaches individuals and couples how to move from awareness to intentional action: regulating instead of reacting, clarifying values, strengthening boundaries, and making decisions they can stand behind.

Coaching may be for you if

  • You keep asking other people what you should do, even about your own life.

  • You are in a season of change, like divorce, an empty nest, or a new career, and want to move through it on purpose.

  • You understand your patterns but still repeat them.

  • You feel stable and ready for growth, not treatment.
